Madison and Alex matched on Hinge during the COVID lockdowns, separated by a closed border and a few hundred miles. With no way to meet in person, they spent hours on FaceTime, getting to know each other through screens. When travel finally opened up, Alex put together an itinerary to show Madison around Cleveland. What was supposed to be a short visit turned into something more permanent. Their story took a memorable turn when Alex pulled off a surprise proposal at the Cleveland Museum of Art—an unexpected moment in a place that now holds a permanent spot in their story.
